ABOUT THE ROLE
POSITION PURPOSE: To assist the store manager to deliver VM and loss prevention standards of excellence, protect best sellers and manage store productivity. Accountable for the organisation of backrooms and offsite storage areas; ensuring they are maintained according to Group standard.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion
- Look after oneself and others, and work in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework.
- Proven record of attaining and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
